When we meet with you in our office, we will NOT accept any incoming telephone calls. You will always meet with Senior Partners, Mitch Jackson or Lisa Wilson. You will always get 100% of our undivided focus and attention.
Telephone Calls
When we talk with you over the telephone, you will always get 100% of our undivided focus and attention. We will not take other calls, check email or text messages during the call. We will focus all of our attention and effort on you and your telephone call.
In Court
When we take your case to court during a motion, mediation, arbitration or trial, you will always get 100% of our undivided focus and attention. Some lawyers “double up” with files to they can take one trip to the courthouse and bill multiple unrelated clients all at the same time for one single trip. We have never done this and will never do this. When we go to court your file is the only case on our mind and in our briefcase.
In Conclusion
We’ve been helping people for almost 30 years. Out clients get good resultsbecause we work hard, know what we’re doing, and have the good reputation and resources to get the job done.
Truth be told, we don’t agree to represent most of the people who contact our office. We’re very particular about the cases we do agree to accept. But here’s the deal.
