Mitch Jackson Discusses Communication Techniques with CEB
In a video interview with Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB), our very own Attorney Mitch Jackson discusses how social media has shaped legal communication – both online and off. He emphasizes the importance of “showing your human side” on the internet. According to Attorney Jackson, lawyers should use social media to:
- show emotion,
- be unique, and
- create memorable content.
Attorneys can also use these effective brand-building techniques in court, where storytelling will help them develop trust and establish themselves as leaders.

What Is CEB?
CEB is a service that allows attorneys to continue their education after they pass the bar exam. In California, lawyers are required to practice ongoing legal training called Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE). Not only does CEB fulfill MCLE requirements, but the resource is also useful for case-by-case legal research.
By partnering with CEB for this informative video and other materials, Attorney Jackson is showing his dedication to his craft and his clients. As an active and established member of the legal community, Mitch is able to establish trust and guide his cases toward favorable results for his clients. He also remains educated, fulfills his Bar requirements, and helps others in his field learn and grow.
