Attorney, Consulting and Speaking Fees
Senior Partners in the firm enjoy putting more than three decades of top-rated and award-winning experience to work to create an excellent client experience and, get the best results possible for our clients. Depending on the type of legal matter, we offer our services on an hourly, contingency fee, or hybrid basis (a combination of the two). In the spirit of transparency and, because we know we're not a good fit for everyone looking for legal help, our fee structures are below. They follow California State Bar Rules and are subject to the terms and conditions of a signed and dated retainer agreement:
Legal Services:
- Hourly: Senior Partners ($800-$1,000/hour); Associates ($400/hour).
- Contingency: 25%-40% of the gross recovery.
- Hybrid: A combination of the above.
Consulting Services:
In addition to providing legal services, Senior Partner, Mitch Jackson, enjoys offering consulting services to new and growing offline and online businesses. Since 1986, Mitch has helped hundreds of companies with their startup, litigation, and trial needs. He uses his expertise to help clients get started the right way, avoid making costly mistakes, and maximize profits.
In addition to providing social media/digital consulting, marketing and branding solutions and resources in his global LegalMinds Mastermind, Mitch also enjoys personal one-on-one consulting clients:
- Hourly: $800-$1,000//hour
- Annual Consulting Plans: $20,000-$50,000/year
Speaking
Mitch enjoys sharing, through storytelling, more than 33 years of life through the eyes of a tech-savvy trial attorney, specifically tailored to the topic of your event. Usually, this includes empowering audience members how to use social media, digital and technology to complement and show their "human side" in business allowing them to disrupt, hack, and improve their companies, causes, and professional relationships. One Day: $10,000 (subject to terms and conditions of speaking contract)
Interviews (traditional and breaking news)
Subject to his litigation, consulting and speaking calendar, Mitch enjoys sharing his expertise with your audience via television, radio, print interviews, breaking news interviews, podcast, video, and live video shows. Topics he's interested in discussing, in an easy-going and casual manner, include:
- businesses, professionals, and entrepreneurs using social media (he wrote the book);
